Welcome back, Pioneer families! We hope you had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving holiday. We have a busy but FUN month coming up! Please take a moment to mark your calendars for these upcoming events.

★Kids Night In is this Friday from 5:30-8:30! Pre-registration is required. The event is FREE, but donations are gratefully accepted to help with the cost of materials. Please follow this link to make a donation online, or you can donate when you drop your kids off with cash or checks made out to Pioneer PTA.
★Library/Santa Night is Thursday, Dec 8th from 6-7:30! This is a FREE family night sponsored by Pioneer PTA! Come shop at the Book Fair, enjoy some hot cocoa, cookies, and crafts. You can even get your picture taken with Santa!! Are you able to VOLUNTEER before, after, or during part of the event? SIGN UP HERE or email us!
★ Our Winter Book Fair is Dec 5th-9th! Sign up HERE to VOLUNTEER at the Book Fair! These fairs are not possible without our wonderful volunteers. Please note you must be a PTA member to be a cashier, and you can become a PTA member here. Students will visit the fair with their classrooms twice throughout the week. Click here to create an eWallet for your child. eWallets are a safe, cashless way to shop the Book Fair. The fair will be open to families after school when volunteers are available, and Thursday night during Santa/Library Night! 100 percent of the money raised at our book fairs fund the Pioneer library.
★ Announcing Amazon Classroom Wish Lists!! Just in time for the holidays, PTA is pleased to announce that families now have the option to donate classroom supplies directly to your child’s classroom! Simply go to the Wishlist page of our website, select the classroom you would like to gift, and choose items that the teacher has added to his/her list. Lists will be available on our website throughout the year, and teachers can update at any time based on the current needs of their classroom. And remember to use your AmazonSmile account (instructions to sign up here) for all your Amazon purchases! AmazonSmile will donate 0.5% of all eligible Amazon purchases to Pioneer PTA when you shop! ★ Attention 5th Grade Families: We are about to start fundraising for our end-of-the-year celebration at Alderbrook Park! If you would like more info on how you can help, please email PioneerPTAReg3@gmail.com. Also coming soon: The Yearbook Cover Contest! Instructions will go home in December, and entries will be due in January. Stay tuned…
